Reservation Policy

For every reservation a deposit of 30% of the total amount must be made.The rest 70% has to be paid upon arrival.
After the reservation is confirmed,either by phone call or Email,the deposit has to be sent within 2 business days to the given details.
Acceptable currency:Euro
Any additional charges concerning the deposit must be covered by the visitor.
Since the 1/1/2018,according to the Law 4514/2018,the Overnight Stay Tax has been in effect meaning that the amount of 0,50€ is added in the total price of the reservation(as per the legislation).

Cancellation Policy

As long as you cancel your reservation for any reason possible

at least 21 days prior to the arrival date,100% refund of the total deposit shall be granted ,minus any additional charges coming with the refund.
Within 21 days prior to the arrival date,or in the case of not showing up on the established date,no refund of the deposit shall be granted.
In the case of departing earlier than the check-out date you are obliged to pay as compensation the 50% of the cost of the days remaining.

House Rules

Check-In time: 14:00hrs (without prior arrangement)
Check-Out time: 11:00hrs
The visitors are responsible for any material damage caused in the room and will be charged extra for compensation.
Every visitor is responsible for their personal belongings and valuables (a safe is provided in every room).In no case does the accommodation bear any responsibility for any lost or damaged items.
In the case of losing the key card there will be an additional charge.
By making a reservation you agree with the terms and conditions of our reservation and cancellation policy.
Common quiet hours: 15:00 to 17:30 – 23:00 to 07:00
Accommodating more people than the agreed amount per night is forbidden.
Pets are not allowed.

Cleaning schedule

Every guest room is scheduled for cleaning every 2 days from 9:00 to 15:00.If the visitor desires any extra cleaning service besides the regular one,it shall be charged accordingly,in agreement with the owner.
